CARE & USE

Fully charge the console before first use. Use a standard compatible 5V USB charger and keep the console, ports and microSD cards away from moisture and excessive heat.

For best performance, close games and emulators properly before switching the console off. Where possible, shut the system down through the software menu rather than forcing the power off, as improper shutdowns may corrupt data stored on the microSD card. Keep important game saves backed up if modifying or replacing the included storage card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

Once your order is on the way, delivery typically takes around 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local courier network.

As our collection is sourced from specialist suppliers, some items may take a little longer to arrive than standard domestic deliveries. We’d rather be upfront about that than promise unrealistic delivery dates.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Typical total delivery time: approximately 2–4 weeks from ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, public holidays or carrier delays.
